Roberto José Cuello Buchaar, a Colombian architect who graduated in 2002 from the Universidad Autónoma del Caribe, has dedicated his career to transforming the construction industry in Colombia and beyond. With a strong educational background, including a specialization in Project Supervision, a postgraduate degree in Construction Management and Control, and a Master’s in Project Management, Roberto embarked on his entrepreneurial journey in 2005. Driven by a deep commitment to the environment and community well-being, Roberto leads initiatives that create jobs and enhance quality of life, focusing on sustainable solutions and positive impacts in underprivileged regions.

His career spans over 80 projects in Colombia and hotel complexes in the Dominican Republic.

His career spans over 100 projects in Colombia and an established presence in the Dominican Republic since 2010, where he is currently leading the development of a complex of 110 luxury villas in the northern region of the Caribbean Island.

In 2005, Roberto founded his first sole proprietorship, marking the beginning of his journey in the construction industry. In 2011, he established RC Construcciones & Arquitectura S.A.S., solidifying his presence in the sector. Finally, in 2021, he expanded his vision by founding Grupo RC Construcciones, setting a milestone in his commitment to transforming the industry in Colombia and at a global scale.
